Before we go further, we want to say it again. We know that, as a travel supplier or tourism office, you’re pulled in many different directions and your budgets are stretched thin all year long. So, once more, a huge “THANKS!” from all of us at DWHSA for your support!

We’ve now received your exhibitor registration, and Sue Goldberg (DWHSA’s longtime meeting planner) will follow up with you shortly. She’ll send you the invoice for your registration, with reminders once a month until the conference. You’re welcome to pay immediately, of course – but, you may opt to pay in 2020 when your new year’s marketing budget kicks in.
Friday, January 24, 2020, will be the absolute final deadline for paying the registration invoice. After that date, we will be unable to create appointments for you – and, your space in the event will be canceled (though you will still be liable for paying the invoice, even if you choose not to attend the conference at all).
Now, we’ll begin emailing you periodically with updates on the conference plans, along with further instructions for preparing for your agent appointments and taking part in the rest of the event.
