Lunch on your own (12 noon – 2 pm)

Mastery Workshops (2 pm – 5 pm)

Choose the afternoon “boot camp” that fits your needs best!

Option 1:  “Mastering Instagram”

A team of DWHSA members will show you the secrets of promoting yourself as a romance travel specialist on Instagram. The workshop will focus on more advanced techniques, so it’ll be assumed that you have an Instagram account already and you know how to create a post.

Option 2:  “Mastering Groups”

Another team of DWHSA members will dive into the inner workings of recruiting, booking, and managing romance travel groups (and, by extension, groups of all types). This workshop will focus in two areas:  (a) prospecting for and locking in group bookings and (b) managing the group clients’ needs and expectations through their departures and returns home.

Option 3:  “DWHSA’s President’s Council”

To provide DWHSA’s highest-producing members a chance to benchmark their businesses with each other and discuss confidentially the specific issues they face, we’ve set up this workshop for agents attending the conference who sell more than $1 million (USD or CAD) annually. The workshop will include an exhaustive survey conducted before the conference to collect sales and expense data to give participants a “snapshot” of how their businesses compare to other top-producing members. This workshop will be limited initially to 25 agents (though we may form a second group if there’s more demand).

Farewell Dinner – Beach BBQ (6 pm – ?)

We’ll say goodbye at this special oceanfront beach BBQ celebration (sponsored by Playa Resorts)!
