By completing and submitting the 2020 exhibitor registration form, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions published below:
This agreement shall become binding and effective when the registration form has been submitted by you (the exhibitor) to DWHSA, and you will be responsible then for 100 percent of the fees agreed to on the form, regardless of whether you attend the event or cancel altogether. You understand and agree that these fees constitute liquidated, agreed-upon damages for injuries suffered by DWHSA as a result of your cancellation or failure to attend, and this provision is a bona fide provision (not a penalty). If you fail to pay the fees by the close of business Friday, Jan. 31, 2020 (or otherwise breach any of your obligations under this agreement), DWHSA may terminate this agreement by providing you notice in writing, or orally with written notice to follow. DWHSA reserves the right to prevent you from entering the event, using tabletop display space, and taking agent appointments if any fees remain outstanding by Jan. 31, 2020. Further, DWHSA is not responsible for your travel expenses or any other costs associated with the failure to pay your registration invoice by the Jan. 31, 2020, deadline. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
DWHSA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny exhibitors, change the location of tabletop displays and/or meeting spaces, alter the event schedule, schedule small-group agent appointments, or remove/restrict any displays or materials that it deems inappropriate.
When we receive your submitted registration form, DWHSA will issue you an initial invoice and send monthly reminders via email, and you may pay at any time until the close of business Friday, Jan. 31, 2020. After that date, your space in the conference will not be held for you (though you will still be liable for paying the registration fee even if you choose not to attend the conference).
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DWHSA (such as acts of God, war, disaster, severe weather, civil disorder, power outages, the primary speaker’s death, or other emergencies), DWHSA reserves the right to cancel, change the date, or relocate the event. By signing the form, the exhibitor grants DWHSA the right to use, display, and reproduce its name in listings and descriptions of the event distributed to travel agents. Photographs and videos may be taken during the event that include you, and by submitting the exhibitor registration form you give DWHSA permission to use your name and image in those photographs and videos.
